  1. The arc

From Allahabad to 260+ gyms. Every scar included.

  2. Collage illustration: a young engineer with textbooks and a backpack on the Allahabad riverfront

    Chapter 01 · ALLAHABAD

    An engineer from Allahabad.

I trained as an engineer. I still start every business problem the same way: ask why it breaks.

  3. Collage illustration: an engineer coding beside hand-drawn neural network sketches

Chapter 02 · THE AI YEARS

    A decade in AI.

I spent ten years building AI and machine learning systems. It taught me to trust data over opinions — and that tech alone never fixes a business.

  4. Collage illustration: a dim, empty gym with rusty weights and peeling paint

Chapter 03 · THE FAILING GYM

    Inside gyms that were dying.

I embedded myself in failing neighbourhood gyms. What I learned there: the problem is rarely the equipment. It is the offer, the sales and the numbers.

  5. Collage illustration: five empty chairs on a studio stage with a red REJECTED stamp
    No deal

    Chapter 04 · REJECTED

    All five sharks said no.

I pitched on Shark Tank India. Every shark passed, and one called the tech buzzwords. No deal. Just a very clear to-do list.

  6. Collage illustration: a bearded founder in a black t-shirt walking into a bright modern gym

    Chapter 05 · BUILD ANYWAY

    I built it anyway.

No cheque meant no shortcuts. Write the process down. Scale only what is already profitable.

  7. Collage illustration: newspaper-style map of India covered in red pins

    Chapter 06 · THE EMPIRE

260+ gyms. ₹96 Cr ARR. Profitable.

Today WTF runs 260+ gyms across 11 revenue-generating companies. 0% closures since inception.

The Operator OS

10 modules. One way to run a business.

AI is one of them. The other nine are what actually make money.

AI is just one of ten.

  • Collage illustration: a chess knight beside a sketched brain

    Module 01

    Think

See your business like an owner, not an employee of it.

    1. Find the one constraint that caps your growth
    2. Work on the business, not in it
    3. Set a 12-month number and work backwards
  • Collage illustration: a signpost at a fork in the road with a coin flipping above

    Module 02

    Decide

Make big calls faster — and make fewer expensive ones.

    1. Write the options before you pick one
    2. Test small before you bet big
    3. Review every big call, good or bad
  • Collage illustration: a gift box with a red ribbon and a price tag

    Module 03

    Offer & Pricing

Build an offer people feel stupid saying no to.

    1. Sell the outcome, not the access
    2. Price for profit, not for the competition
    3. Stack value so discounts become unnecessary
  • Collage illustration: a handshake and a red telephone handset

    Module 04

    Sales

Turn interested leads into paying customers, every time.

    1. A simple script anyone on your team can run
    2. Follow-up that closes without chasing
    3. Track your close rate every week
  • Collage illustration: a red megaphone in front of a billboard

    Module 05

    Marketing

Get customers from channels you can measure and scale.

    1. Know your cost to get one customer
    2. Pick two channels and win them
    3. Kill what doesn't pay, double what does
  • Collage illustration: a vintage camera and a strip of film

    Module 06

    Content

Become the obvious choice in your market before they call you.

    1. Hooks that stop the scroll
    2. One idea, many formats
    3. Content that brings leads, not just likes
  • Collage illustration: a red funnel above a website wireframe

    Module 07

    Funnels & Website

A path that takes a stranger to a customer without you in the room.

    1. One page, one job, one action
    2. Lead magnets that pre-sell
    3. Measure every step of the funnel
  • Collage illustration: team silhouettes standing among office chairs

    Module 08

    Hiring & Team

Build a team that runs the business when you're not there.

    1. Hire for roles, not heroes
    2. Write the job before you post it
    3. Train with SOPs, not speeches
  • Collage illustration: a calculator with a rising bar chart and arrow

    Module 09

    Numbers

Know exactly where the money comes from and where it leaks.

    1. Unit economics on one page
    2. Breakeven per location, per product
    3. A weekly dashboard you actually read
  • Collage illustration: gears, a laptop and a robotic arm

    Module 10

    Tools, Tech & AI

Use systems and AI to buy back your time — after the basics work.

    See how I run WTF
    1. SOPs before software
    2. Automate the boring, keep a human check
    3. Where AI actually pays in a small business

Decision Files

Real calls I made. What they earned. What they cost.

Good calls and bad ones. You learn more from the scars.

Scars are tuition.

  1. Decision file · Nº 01

    GOOD CALL

Take failing gyms, not new ones

    Outcome
90 days per-gym breakeven. 0% closures since inception.
    Lesson
Fix what already has customers before you build something new.
  2. Decision file · Nº 02

    GOOD CALL

    The Marriott model

    Outcome
Owners bring the capex, WTF operates. 200+ WTF Powered gyms.
    Lesson
Sell your system, not just your service. Let others fund the growth.
  3. Decision file · Nº 03

    GOOD CALL

    Build it anyway

    Outcome
Rejected by all five sharks. Today: 260+ gyms, ₹96 Cr ARR, profitable.
    Lesson
A no from investors is feedback, not a verdict. Customers decide.
  4. Decision file · Nº 04

    BAD CALL

    Selling access, not outcomes

    Outcome
A common gym-industry trap: competing on price for access.
    Lesson
Sell the outcome and the proof, never the commodity.
  5. Decision file · Nº 05

    BAD CALL

    Automating without a checkpoint

    Outcome
An early automation sent the same letter twice to 2,257 customers.
    Lesson
Nothing customer-facing ships without a check. Speed without control is a liability.

The real one. Not a render.

A note from Vishal

India doesn't need more gurus. It needs better-run businesses.

Most stuck businesses don't have an effort problem or a money problem. They are run on instinct, and instinct doesn't scale.

I learned dhanda the hard way — inside failing gyms, and after being rejected by all five sharks on national TV. The lessons that stuck are the ones I teach.

This is what I teach, opened up for you. If you're ready to stop being the bottleneck and start running a real business, start with the Scorecard.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is doubling a guarantee?

No. Doubling in 12 months is the target we build towards. Your result depends on your market and your execution. What I do promise: show up for all 15 days and do the work, and you leave with a written 12-month plan to double — or you get a 100% refund.

How much does it cost?

₹5,00,000 + GST per founder. That covers the 15-day intensive — 5 days in person at WTF, Noida, and 10 live online days — plus the 12-month execution track.

Why 15 seats a cohort?

Because the delivery is deep. My team and I review every founder's plan line by line, then every month for a year. That doesn't work for hundreds of people, so we don't try.

Who qualifies?

Owners of businesses doing ₹2 Cr+ a year in revenue who can attend 5 days in person in Noida and commit to 12 months of execution. Below that, start with the free Scorecard and playbooks.

What if I'm not accepted?

You hear from us within 48 hours of your strategy call, with the reason. You may be waitlisted for a later cohort, or pointed to the free playbooks to get there first. Nothing is paid until you're accepted.

Can I pay in EMI?

Yes. No-Cost EMI is available, along with UPI, cards and bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS). You get a GST invoice.

Can I pay in parts?

Yes. Once you're accepted, a ₹1,00,000 deposit holds your seat. The balance is due before Day 1.

What if I join and it's not for me?

Show up for all 15 days and do the work. If you don't leave with a written 12-month plan to double your business, you get a 100% refund.

Do I need to travel to Noida?

Yes, for the first 5 days at WTF, Noida. You arrange travel and stay; we share nearby options once your seat is confirmed. The other 10 days are live online.

Is this an AI course?

No. AI is one of the 10 modules. The other nine — thinking, decisions, offer, sales, marketing, content, funnels, hiring and numbers — are what actually grow a business.

I don't run a gym. Will this work for me?

Yes. Gyms are where I earned the scars, but the system is the same for clinics, salons, restaurants, agencies, D2C brands and service businesses.

What happens after the 15 days?

You start the 12-month execution track. Every month we review your numbers against your plan and fix what's off.

DOUBLE IT.

Eight questions. Two minutes. See what's holding your business back and what to fix first.
